The goal of the Word of Mouth Series is to demystify the legal system for the community.  On Thursday, August 6, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. we will continue the series by exploring hot button legal issues such as First Amendment rights, the COVID-19 pandemic’s implications on health laws, and how to participate in the legislative process. 

The webinar will be hosted on Zoom and live-streamed on a public Facebook Live. Our moderator will be nationally syndicated radio host, Lady Jade, from DeDe in the Morning. Panel discussions will include Texas State Representatives Carl Sherman and Lorraine Birabil as well as other local leaders and attorneys.
